Tabarrini Il Padrone delle Vigne Rosso (2019) Umbria, Italy

Sangiovese with small amounts of Sagrantino and Barbera from Tabarrini in Montefalco. Blackberry and wild cherry come with olive, herbs and sweet tobacco, carried by firm acidity and enough tannin to keep the fruit honest. A casual bottle with more structure than the name suggests.
