100% Rossese from the terraced hills of Dolceacqua in western Liguria, farmed organically in practice. A portion of whole clusters, about two weeks on the skins and a year in stainless keep the wine lifted and savory. Wild strawberry, cassis and rose with herbs, spice and bright acidity.
