Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett 1.5L Magnum (2024) Mosel, Germany

Kabinett Riesling from the Graacher Domprobst vineyard, bottled in magnum. Citrus and nectarine sit over slate with a clear line of sweetness balanced by sharp acidity. Only 7.5% alcohol, but with plenty of concentration underneath.
